As a first step towards becoming a Wedding Photographer For Hire, I'd like to offer my services for free to the first few couples who would be willing to give me a shot (excuse the pun!).

If we both think we'd be a good match (my style, skills, experience etc. to your requirements, expectations etc.), then you'll get absolutely free:

1. •A consultation - a face-to-face meeting with me to discuss your requirements, including working through a photo checklist to ensure that I'll capture all of the right moments on your special day
   

2. •Scoping of location/s (if possible) prior to your special day
   

3. •Photo-shoot - up to eight hours of photography on your special day, working through the checklist we've agreed.
   

4. •Edited set of up to 200 photos, published on a secure website (for up to 2 months after your wedding) accessible to only you and your family and friends so you can review the photos, choose which ones you'd like to have printed etc.
   

5. •Retouching and application of special borders and effects to up to 50 photos (see portfolio for examples)
   

6. •Digital copies of all 200 photos at a size/resolution that will allow you to email to friends, and print your own 4 x 6 prints
   

For additional fees (to be discussed prior), I can:

1. •Produce photo albums, prints at larger sizes
   

2. •Retouch and apply special borders and effects to more than 50 photos
   

3. •Keep your photos published on my secure website for longer than 2 months

The only conditions are:

1. •You understand that I'm what the camera industry refers to as a 'semi-professional' - I have attended some courses, and have professional grade equipment, but I am not a certified Professional Photographer . . yet (it's something I'm working towards!). You can judge of the standard of my work by reviewing my portfolio below.
   

2. •If we're both happy with the results, then you'll allow me to use some of your photos in my portfolio. You'll also give me a written testimony/reference as well
   

3. •Your wedding will be held on a Saturday or Sunday (I work during the week), and I'm available on that weekend
   

4. •You pay my travel (e.g. petrol, ferries etc.) and accommodation (if required) costs, and for any extra travel time beyond 1.5 hours (e.g. 45 minutes each way). I'm based in Pukekohe, but happy to travel anywhere within Auckland region (or further afield) subject to you meeting my costs and paying for any additional travel time (rates to be discussed prior)
